Genre: Tech metal. History: 'Bombshelters have Souls' is the one-man band from Crimea. It was formed in summer 2017. From then on it has released one album named 'ROAR', including 9 official tracks and 4 bonus-tracks. All the tracks and lyrics have been composed, played and sung just by one man, who is the self-perpetuating leader and the actual creator of this metal project. It's a multi-instrumentalist Vinnie Cole aka 'W-Hater'. Besides he's got a couple of close mates who are his loyal helpers and confederates. Now's getting prepared the second album with the brand-new tracks and its musical genre will be a bit different than the previous one, but it promises to be much more technical and diverse. Description: The main idea of this project is to show that our today's society is utterly ill, depraved and stupefied. It's entirely unable to communicate with the other high-developed nations as well as its people are unable to communicate with one another. One's tempted to ask the question: why can't they communicate if they can speak? But speaking isn't communicating. Communicating is living honest and purposeful life, co-operating with the neighbours. It doesn’t suppose mocking or fooling around. It doesn’t suppose threatening or hindering. Sounds a bit philosophical and conservative but... Pure lie and blind yearning for money or for any kind of wealth, greed and envy, whoredom and boorishness killed such notions as love, friendship, co-understanding, co-assistance and any other types of normal human behavior. Ability to sympathize is slain. Ability to rationally think is slain. Ability to friendly take critique is slain. The only stable true feeling that can appear between two citizens irrespective of their gender is unreasonable hatred, mixed with pride and derision. Almost all the population became media zombies and blunt walking biomass led by the lower animal instincts... And the small-numbered ones who stubbornly remain volitional, adequate and human-faced can find their hiding-places only in the so-called bombshelters for the system-forsworn, where a brand-new society with its new liberal laws is to be re-born. The rest larger part of the people stayed outside are mentally and spiritually dead therefore it can be cured only by wiping out off the Earth's face by nuclear strikes and further spreading of radiation. 'Cos severe diseases need severe methods of treatment. It's a metaphor of course. But with a big share of truth in it. At the times of the total regress, thorough moral breakdown and devolution there are some bombshelters that can give an opportunity... ‘Bombshelters’ are the conspiratorial locations where the sober-minded, high-educated and soul-having personalities may find their ways. Ways to evolve, create and live their lives as humans but not as cruel filthy animals, whose minds are ruled by the coins and stupid propaganda of the state. ‘Souls’ are these personalities themselves. And these personalities are about to struggle with the state's slaves in a hope to make 'em change. Or to make 'em disappear from the building path to the bright future. The gas mask on the logo symbolizes the protection from the outer poisoned environment together with its inhabitants. That's why the project has been called: 'Bombshelters have Souls'. It means that even in our lost society there are wise and strong-spirited folks who fearlessly fight the modern system and keep on going toward their dreams so we've still got a chance for the better times! Should be mentioned that all the lyrics of this project’s tracks are about the aforesaid problematique.
