Bursting energy and hailing from the Finnish capital Helsinki are Incredible Nothing, the punk/rock trio of young and talented not-so-gentlemen. They are on the verge of the release of their new EP titled simply "WHITE", which is self-produced by the band and mixed by the lead singer/guitarist Jukka Åkerman. Their debut album Temporary Insanity came out in Finland in the late autumn 2005. The first single Basic Emotion Preach went straight to top 20 in the Finnish charts and eventually climbed up to hold the fifth position. The debut was well recognised by the media, who eagerly drew comparisons to bands like Nirvana, Muse and HIM. The single This Is The Echo, released in the autumn 2006 showed that Incredible Nothing had expanded their crunchy punk/grunge sound with pop elements, yet maintaining the energy and rawness which always have been their trademarks. The single was produced by the renowned Finnish pioneer Jyrki Tuovinen, whose previous projects include artists such as Lordi, Bloodpit and Velcra. After releasing This Is The Echo the frontman Jukka took a ride as a tour guitarist for the Finnish indie sensation Lapko. At the same time Incredible Nothing started writing songs for their forthcoming second album. Working together with Jussi Ylikoski from Disco Ensemble they challenged theirselves finding the heart of their expression. What they came for was something they called Think Straight -attitude, which also stands as a title for the opening track of the brand new WHITE -EP. Incredible Nothing, nicknamed as INC by the fans will walk their own way now and forever, both cherishing the inspiration that Nirvana and other idols once lighted for them and creating something of their very own. ”Incredible Nothing is a band we’d love", the guys say.
